| Hello creative and awesome fellow deviants! My name is topher, I have been a long time absent from deviantart.com and the site has made a lot of progress since I last visited. I decided to make a new profile and hope to keep it updated as much as possible and stay very motivated to create new works of art to share with you all. I love art of every kind and respect all forms of expression, although I am a personal fan of American style comic book art heavily influenced by the works of Jim Lee, John Buscema, John Romita, Romita Jr., Steve McNiven, Joe Kubert, Jack Kirby, and others. I am also a fan of Anime and Digital Painting, which I am working on learning myself. I am a Specialist in the United States Army and incidentally end up doing a lot of art work for my Battalion in the way of wall paintings, creating logos, and designing coins, although that isn't my actual job, which is Combat Engineer. Once I finish with the army I plan to become a teacher, most likely at the High School level, and mostly in alternative subjects, such as Animation using Adobe Flash, World Religions and Mythologies, Japanese, and Applied Physics. I also plan on spending a few years teaching English to Japanese students in Japan prior to teaching in America. I am married to the most awesome woman who I love with all my heart and is one of the coolest people I know. No kids yet but i have a Pomeranian named Chewbacca who is handful.
